Winter is hopefully over and Spring is in the air...that means, longer days and warmer weather! These are things that we like in the crazy business that we are in. It's time to recruit, hire, train, motivate and get some new blood into this company! We need that summertime excitement back and I know that the core of managers and agents that we have can bring that back!
